AI builds a routine from the catalog. It does not replace your coach.
GymnasTrack can generate a routine from the exercise catalog when you spend AI credits. That is a catalog routine, not a Studio program. If a trainer assigned you a snapshot, that assignment is still today’s work.

When to use AI
Use it when you want a generated session from the catalog — not when you already have today’s assigned workout. Credits are spent to generate. The result is a routine you can train and log like other sessions.
- Assigned snapshots come from Studio. AI does not rewrite them.
- You still log blocks in the session player.
- Athletes are not billed a GymnasTrack subscription in this launch. AI credits are a separate spend.
What it is not
It is not a nutrition coach, a live class, or a replacement for versioned programs in Studio. Trainers still build and assign in Studio. You still complete or skip blocks yourself.
