Log the block you are on — not the workout you remember later

GymnasTrack logging is for the set in front of you. Enter load, reps, time, and notes on the current block. Stay there until you complete or skip it. The next block in order is next.

What you can log

Blocks, supersets, timers, and notes live in the session player. You can log an assigned program session or a class you chose to play. Notes stay on that session.

  • Log during the set — not from memory at home.
  • Complete or skip. GymnasTrack does not invent the rest of the workout.
  • Nothing auto-posts because you finished a block.

Sharing is separate

A completed session can be shared when you choose. Logging is not publishing. If you do not share, notes and loads stay yours.
