Athletes
Your coach invites you in Studio. You train in GymnasTrack.
Programming lives in Studio. Training lives in GymnasTrack. When a trainer invites you and assigns a snapshot, the athlete app is where you see today’s workout in order. You do not build the program.

Roster first
They add you to their Studio roster. Then they assign a versioned snapshot. Until that assignment exists, GymnasTrack will not invent a coach program for you.
- Use the same email they invited.
- Roster classes are for people they invited. Public and unlisted classes follow visibility they set.
- Messages from your coach are in Studio, next to the roster — not a replacement for logging.
