Session logging checklist
Use this during the workout, not after. GymnasTrack logging is tied to the block you are on.
Updated September 19, 2026
Before you start
Open the athlete app on the web or on your phone with the same account. If you have an assigned program, start today’s session. If you are playing a class, open that class — priced classes must already be purchased on the website.
On every block
Stay on the current exercise until you complete or skip it. Do not jump ahead and invent numbers later.
- Enter load and reps (or time) while you are in the set.
- Use the timer in the player when the block is timed.
- Add a note only if it belongs on this session.
- Complete or skip, then take the next block in order.
When you finish
Sharing a completed session is optional. If you do not share, nothing posts. Logging is not a social publish.
Questions
- Does GymnasTrack guess missed sets?
- No. You log the block you are on. Complete or skip. Nothing is filled in after the fact.
- Do I pay to log sessions?
- Priced classes are a separate website purchase.
