Sharing a session: what actually posts
Finish first. Share is a second step. If you skip it, notes and loads stay on the session and nowhere else.
Updated September 19, 2026
What sharing is not
It is not a live story of every set. It is not enabled because you completed a block. It is not required to train on GymnasTrack.
- Only a completed session can be shared.
- You opt in each time.
- Athletes are not billed a GymnasTrack subscription to share or to log.
Questions
- Will finishing a workout publish it?
- No. Nothing auto-posts from GymnasTrack when you complete a session.
